About

Background

I started practicing in 2013, with the aim of working to alleviate emotional difficulties and promote psychological health. How we assimilate and process information can be mind boggling, couple that with our history of the great British stiff upper lip, acknowledging that we need help with our mind as well as our body can be a huge step to take. If you had a broken arm, would you seek help? If you had an infection, would you see the doctor and maybe take antibiotics? Why then, would we not seek help when another part of us is hurting? The very fact you are reading this means you’ve already taken the first step on the road to recovery, even if it feels a long way off right now.
